The Russians are coming! With Greatcoats! (LEGO-Compatible Napoleonic Wars on Aliexpress)


Russian Napoleonic Soldiers LEGO Compatible from Aliexpress



Something that is really impressing me about the Napoleonic Wars line on Aliexpress is that they seem to be constantly adding to it! A few weeks ago, a pack of four officers was launched, and now we have a pack of four Russian soldiers from 1812! 

Perseus Zeus Achilles, who posts updates from this brand on Instagram, shared some better images. The Grenadier Cap is a brand new piece, and I hope opens the door for Grenadiers of other nations who wore similar caps to be introduced in the future, even if they were pre-Napoleonic Wars figures. The Hussar Uniform is also amazing, and I really hope we'll see a recolour for other nation's hussars. 

The Hussar also features a brand new cavalry sabre, which looks stunning!


However, the thing that I'm most excited about is the Greatcoat! It looks brilliant from these images on the Russians, and I hope we may see some introduced for the French soon! Perseus also shared an image of how it folds.

    I just discovered these minifigs, and your YT channel, and thus, your blog. Thank you for your excellent coverage of this niche within a niche of the Lego / Wargaming / Spending hobbies! When I have some games with these figures, I'll take photos and send them along. :)

    Also, just followed the link to ruojinsama's Instagram, and saw that the Prussians are joining the fray soon!! Silesians, Death's Head Hussars, Guard Grens, and Landwehr!
